Terms & Conditions

Rules, guidelines, and conditions for direct-mill purchases from Dharamrutam.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and placing orders with Dharamrutam (a brand by Oliom Industries) through our links or WhatsApp, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these rules, kindly refrain from using this website or our direct-mill ordering services.

2. Direct Mill Ordering Process

All direct orders on Dharamrutam (excluding products displaying D2C marketplace links like Amazon or Meesho) are finalized directly through WhatsApp conversations with our team. Payments are securely made through UPI, bank transfers, or cash-on-delivery (where local service permits) after the final total and packaging options are agreed upon.

3. Pricing, Packaging & SKUs

All prices stated on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to reasonable adjustments based on seasonal groundnut and seed crop harvest rates. Our direct-mill SKUs are packaged in 250ml, 500ml, 1L bottles and 5L cans, 15L, and 15kg tins. We strive to provide accurate imagery for all sizes.

4. Shipping & Transit Policy

Direct-mill orders are dispatched from our Jesingpara, Amreli unit within 2 to 4 working days of payment verification. Fulfillments throughout Gujarat are handled through selected logistics partners. In case of transit damage or leaks, customers are requested to share a parcel unboxing video via WhatsApp for a replacement.

5. Product Purity Guarantee & Sedimentation

Dharamrutam guarantees 100% cold-pressed and wood-pressed unrefined oils with zero chemicals or bleaching. Because our oils undergo cotton cloth triple filtration and avoid chemical solvents, natural seed sedimentation is completely normal, representing raw purity, and is safe for kitchen use.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any claims, disputes, or legal proceedings relating to the use of Dharamrutam products, websites, or billing will be governed strictly by the laws of India, subject exclusively to the courts of Amreli, Gujarat jurisdiction.
